In this market-facing role, the Associate Product Manager is one of the go-to experts and internal advocates of the ANZ region, the person that the creative and commercial team will look to provide the true ground-level answers and expertise regarding customers, players, games, trends, and competitors in the region.
As the Associate Product Manager, you will be a key member of the Product Management team. You will deliver product knowledge and support, travelling the market and helping the Commercial team drive revenue by contributing a contextual view of design philosophy and product strategy.
You will be influential in the products that come to your region and soak up all player and market information in ANZ, providing breaking news to the organization. You will also be pivotal in go-to-market strategies, as well as developing marketing material for the region.
Overall, the Associate Product Manager is one of THE market experts for this territory and your actions, collected information, and strategic thinking are instrumental in ensuring the right product is available for your market - and you have an active hand in strategies that bring forth products that satisfy our customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of slot (Gaming) machines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to professionally communicate internally and with customers
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Able to travel 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field considered a plus (preferred)
- Experience within a gaming venue (Club, Hotel and/or Casino) highly desirable (preferred)
- Basic to advanced knowledge of vendor product strategies, casino floor layouts (preferred)
- Product management, game development/design, sales, or product strategy experience with a slot manufacturer a plus (preferred)
